How this is made
Two scheduled agents read public reporting each morning. One watches incidents, where an AI system did something. The other watches decisions, where a business did something about AI. Each writes structured briefs. Both also list short candidates for stories that did not get a full brief.
The JSON file is what the site reads. The Markdown beside it is not parsed.
A script on the editor’s machine copies new briefs into this repository and writes a draft for each one. The draft has an empty headline and an empty take. The agent’s options sit in a comment above the summary. The editor chooses, rewrites, or replaces them, sets a byline, and moves the file into the published stream. That commit is the publication.
The site is static. There are no accounts and no comments. Pages, feeds, and images are built from the files in the repository.
The RSS feed is what a daily email and social accounts can read. This repository does not hold those credentials, and it does not post anywhere by itself.
